Bub is in charge – surprise, surprise, and Mums know best so please do what you need to.
If you need to stop to feed or change them, just advise your instructor. Please don’t worry about interrupting other class participants. If bub just wants a cuddle your instructor will be happy to hold them (when possible) while you continue to work out.
We are also good pram rockers! However, if bub is too upset for you to train at all, your session will not be charged.
All the babies currently attending Fit Mums N Bubs enjoy getting outdoors and interacting with mum and other bubs.
Fit Mums N Bubs will operate in light rain, so please dress to suit.
There is shelter available at the sessions however be sure to have a pram cover to protect bub from the sun, wind and light rain.
In the case of heavy rain, strong wind or extreme heat, it will be up to your instructor to decide if the session will be re located or cancelled.
You will be advised of any changes 2 hours before, if you have a concern please call your trainer. If a session is cancelled due to wet weather you will not be charged.
Your first class is complimentary & when you join the Fit Mums n Bubs team you’ll receive a special members pack which includes a Fit Mums N Bubs training T shirt, nutritional information and discount vouchers.
Please download a Pre Activity Questionnaire so you can bring it along at your first session and you can reserve your spot by phone or email.
Ensure that you show up at least 10 minutes prior to the start time for your first class to meet the instructor, complete your Pre Activity Questionnaire (if you haven’t already done so) and to go over any questions or concerns.
